In this parsha, Moses counts up all the Levites and gives them their duties regarding packing and setting up the Ohel Moed.  (There must have been a lot of work, because the separate clans of the Levites added up to several thousand men!)

Then we move on to a rule issued by Moses that, if anyone sins against another person, they must pay that person back plus 20 percent.  If there’s no one to pay the money to, it goes to the priest.
