Membership:

People with knowledge of Jewish ritual of any denomination, with the understanding that HCS follows a Reconstructionist model.

Meetings:

Monthly, with additional meetings as needed. Workload varies but is especially heavy in the months preceding the High Holy days.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the rabbi to establish religious/ritual policy and practice that, also, provides educational opportunities, in accordance with the Reconstructionist model of decision making.
• Work with the rabbi to plan and execute religious activities and ritual events such as weekly Shabbat services, High Holy days services, and other holiday services and celebrations.
